Google is hosting its annual Made by Google event in the New York City today. The event will begin at 7AM PT (7:30PM IST) and it will witness the tech giant launching its next generation Pixel phones, that is, the Google Pixel 4 and the Google Pixel 4 XL. With Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL, Google will be hoping to change some of that as it tries to offer a host of new features, including new Motion Gestures powered by its Soli-radar chip, along with an improved dual camera on the new phones. Given this is a Google event, it will be streamed live on YouTube and link is already live. You can go to the MadeByGoogle YouTube account and set a reminder for the launch event.
Pixel 4 will come with a 5.7-inch screen and a 2,800mAh battery while Pixel 4 XL will come with a 6.3-inch screen and a 3,700mAh battery. Both the smartphones will come with a screen with a 90Hz refresh rate, a dual rear camera setup consisting of a 12MP + 16MP lens system, an 8MP front camera, Soli radar chip for gesture navigation, new Google Assistant and face unlock features.
