The company launched the Vivo U20 smartphone in India at Rs 10,990 . The Vivo U20 comes with a major upgrade over the Vivo U10 in terms of camera, chipset, and display. The Vivo U20 has a bigger display, better camera and a more powerful chipset than the Vivo U10. The Vivo U20 comes in two variants- one with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage that costs Rs 10,990 and the other 6GB RAM with 64GB storage that costs Rs 11,990. The smartphone comes with a tri-camera set up at the back and a massive battery size of 5000mAh. The company claims that the phone can last for 273 hours of standby, 21 hours of Instagram usage, 17 hours of Facebook and 11 hours of YouTube in a single charge.
The Vivo U20 comes with a big massive upgrade over its predecessor. The smartphone sports a 6.53 FHD+ capacitive display with 1080x2340 resolution and a small water-drop notch at the top. The Vivo U10 comes with a slightly smaller display size of 6.35-inches.
The new Vivo U20 comes with Snapdragon 675 with AI Engine which is faster than the Snapdragon 665 chipset present inside the Vivo U10. While both the chipsets are manufactured on the same 11nm process, with the Snapdragon 675 chipset you can expect better imaging results, and superior performance. The smartphone comes loaded with Vivo's Funtouch OS 9 based on Android 9.0.
