Actors Arjun Bijlani, Ridhima Pandit and Kanwar Dhilon commented on the post and expressed their grief on the actress's death."Extremely heartbreaking," wrote Arjun Bijlani. Actress Ridhima Pandit commented, "So sad...not everyone is blessed with a strong support system...may her soul rest in peace (sic)."
The news of Preksha's suicide came just days after actor Manmeet Grewal taking his own life due to financial issues. Last year in December, actor Kushal Punjabi's suicide had left his friends shocked and brought mental health to fore.
