Swachh Bharat Mission Gramin Coordinator K.K. Gupta hits back - "This is not democracy, it is Talibani mentality"
This is neither the language of democracy nor the identity of Indian culture
Such a statement by the country's dynamic Home Minister is an attack on the soul of India: Gupta
New Delhi. Trinamool Congress MP Mahua Moitra's shocking statement has shaken the entire political corridor, in which she said about Union Home Minister Amit Shah that "If the Home Ministry fails to protect the border, then Amit Shah's head should be cut off and placed on the table." This statement is not only being considered against parliamentary decorum, but is also being considered a direct attack on the values of Indian democracy. This statement of Mahua Moitra will be recorded as a blot in history and the public will wash away this blot with the power of votes.
Launching a scathing attack on Moitra's statement, Swachh Bharat Mission Gramin Rajasthan Government State Coordinator and prominent BJP leader K.K. Gupta said, "The MP who talks about beheading the Home Minister, the public will cut off her political head with the blow of votes and end it forever. This language does not suit any public representative. This is neither the language of democracy, nor the identity of Indian culture."
Gupta said that Home Minister Amit Shah is engaged day and night in protecting the country's borders. Many historic decisions have been taken under his leadership and the country's internal security has got new strength. In such a situation, talking about 'beheading' against him is not only uncivilized but also an insult to the people of the country. This statement of Moitra proves that Trinamool Congress has neither any vision nor any policy. When the politics of issues ends, then the leaders speak such poisonous language.
He further said that democracy runs on debate and exchange of views, not on threats and violent language. “This is India, here ego is cut, not heads. Here decisions are taken not by swords but by the power of the people. This statement of Moitra is not just an attack on Home Minister Amit Shah, but an attack on the dignity of the Constitution of India and the Parliament and the people of the country will answer this attack.”
Gupta reiterated that the BJP and the people of the country will never accept such ideas. In democracy, there is no language of beheading, there is a culture of service and struggle.
Gupta said that this is the democracy of India, here there is a culture of service and constitution, not of beheading. Whoever challenges this culture, the people will cut him off from politics forever.
