Call to Embrace the Way of Life Taught by Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him)

On the occasion of the 1500th Eid Milad-un-Nabi, Jaipur witnessed a grand and peaceful procession in which thousands of devotees participated. Walking in orderly lines, they spread the message of peace, unity, and communal harmony.
The event was organized by the Wahid Memorial Welfare and Relief Society, and people from different parts of the city as well as nearby areas joined the procession. The main procession was led by Sunni Dawat-e-Islami under the leadership of Maulana Syed Mohammad Qadri and the supervision of Maulana Irfan Barkati. It began from Paharganj, while another significant procession, guided by Jaipur City Mufti Abdul Sattar, started from Ghat Gate and passed through Ramganj Chaupar before reaching Char Darwaza Circle, where a gathering was held. Various Islamic scholars addressed the crowd on this occasion.
From there, the procession continued through Subhash Chowk, Zorawar Singh Gate, Ramgarh Mod, and Amer Road, ultimately reaching the Karbala ground, where it transformed into a large assembly. At the venue, Islamic scholars, Ulama, and responsible members of Sunni Dawat-e-Islami delivered addresses to the devotees.
Speakers called upon the participants to adopt the lifestyle and path shown by Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) in their daily lives. Maulana Syed Mohammad Qadri especially emphasized the importance of following the teachings of the Prophet, the guide and leader of all creation.
Throughout the event, Haji Haseen Ahmed and Haji Nayab provided necessary guidance to the participants. The gathering concluded with Salat-o-Salaam (sending blessings and salutations upon the Prophet) and collective supplications. Devotees also pledged to uphold peace, harmony, and a positive atmosphere in the country, the state, and the city of Jaipur.
