Sayed Habib, Delhi। The temporary suspension of civil aircraft operations at 32 airports across the country, which was scheduled to remain in effect until 05:29 AM on 15 May 2025, has now been officially lifted ahead of schedule. These airports are now fully operational and open for regular civil aviation activities, with immediate effect.
The Ministry of Civil Aviation has confirmed that normal services can resume, and airlines are free to schedule and operate flights as per their standard protocols. This decision comes as a relief to travelers and airline operators alike, who had been affected by the earlier restrictions.
Passengers planning to travel from or to these airports are strongly advised to verify their flight status directly with their respective airlines. For the most accurate and timely information, travelers should regularly check official airline websites or mobile applications. Delays or rescheduling may still occur as operations normalize.
