Tamannaah Bhatia has made her most expensive purchase to date. The actress from down south paid the highest per sq.ft rate to buy a flat in the western suburbs of Mumbai. Bhatia bought a flat for Rs 80, 778 per sqft in Versova, which is twice the ongoing rate in the same area. Prices of properties nearly 500 meters away from Tamannaah's building cost between 30,000- 40,000 per sqft. The Baahubali star has bought a new apartment in a building called Bayview which is located near Juhu- Versova Link road. Tamannaah signed the deal last month and paid Rs 16.60 crore for her new pad (191 sqft), which is translated into 2,055 sqft. Bayview is 22 storey building and Tamannaah's flat is on the 14th floor.
The actress has also got herself two car parks along with the flat. Documents show that Sameer Bhojwani is the seller whereas the actress and her mother, Rajini Bhatia, are the buyers. A real estate broker from Bandra, who is aware of this deal, told, "The building is 22 storeys high, and it offers sea view from every side of the apartment.
