Samsung Galaxy Fold pre-booked in India starting today i.e October 4, 2019. The Galaxy Fold is the company's first fully foldable smartphone that sees a large flexible AMOLED display fold open to offer a tablet experience. The Galaxy Fold can now be pre-ordered in India from today while deliveries will begin on October 20.
The Galaxy Fold comes with an extremely premium price tag of Rs 1,64,999. It comes with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage and will be available in a Premium Cosmos Black color. The Galaxy Fold will be available in limited quantities and can be pre-booked online via Samsung's official online store and offline in 35 cities across select 315 outlets in India, including the Samsung Opera House in Bengaluru.
Galaxy Fold customers will also get a premium customer care service with a dedicated 24x7 expert on call. Consumers purchasing the Galaxy Fold via Samsung Shop online will also receive their unit through a Concierge. The Galaxy Fold box will include Galaxy Buds and a slim Aramid Fiber case along with care instructions that will guide you on how to use the Fold.
The Galaxy Fold is a luxury smartphone and Samsung's first to use a Dynamic AMOLED Infinity Flex Display. The clamshell design can be unfolded to reveal a large 7.3-inch QXGA+ (2152x1536) AMOLED display to offer a tablet-like experience with a customised One UI operating system. When folded, you can use a smaller 4.6-inch HD+ Super AMOLED display on the cover as a regular smartphone.
