Hindustan Zinc Limited (BSE: 500188, NSE: HINDZINC), the world’s largest

announced the 2nd edition of the Vedanta Zinc City Half Marathon,
scheduled on 21st September 2025 from Field Club, Udaipur.
Marking the launch, the official poster—reflecting the
serene beauty of Udaipur—was unveiled along with the race-day jersey in vibrant
hues of blue, orange, and pink. These colours symbolize inclusivity, energy,
and unity, echoing the marathon’s spirit of “a race for all.” The initiative
supports #RunForZeroHunger by Nand Ghar, an Anil Agarwal Foundation
programme dedicated to eradicating malnutrition in India.
The unveiling ceremony was graced by Shri Sunil Chedri,
Chief Conservator of Forest Department, Mr. Arun Misra, CEO &
Whole-time Director, Hindustan Zinc, and Dr. Manoj Soni from ABCR
(Anybody Can Run).
Bigger, Bolder & Inclusive
Building on the resounding success of its inaugural edition
in 2024 with 5,000+ runners, the marathon returns this year on a grander scale.
Runners will traverse Udaipur’s stunning landscapes—Fateh Sagar Lake, the
Aravalli Hills, and the city’s palaces—making it India’s most picturesque
running experience.

The marathon is an official member of the Association of
the International Marathons (AIMS) and proudly holds AIMS certification.

The poster and jersey launch featured a first-ever
digital unveiling, setting the tone for Udaipur’s most awaited sporting
spectacle. The event also saw renowned mentalist Sapan Joshi captivating

participants and guests.
