Building on the remarkable success of the Rising Rajasthan Global Investment Summit 2024, the Department of Industries & Commerce, Government of Rajasthan, has begun intensive preparations for its next flagship event – Rising Rajasthan: Partnership Conclave 2025, scheduled to be held on December 11–12 in Jaipur.
A high-level review meeting was convened today at Udyog Bhawan under the chairmanship of Shri Ajitabh Sharma, Principal Secretary, Industries & Commerce, to assess the ongoing preparations for the conclave. Key agenda items included the planning of thematic knowledge sessions, sector-specific roundtable discussions, and a comprehensive business expo, all designed to enhance engagement and collaboration between government bodies and industry stakeholders.
The meeting also focused on preparations for the Pravasi Rajasthani Diwas, which will precede the conclave on December 10, 2025. This event aims to engage the global Rajasthani diaspora in the state’s developmental journey.
Speaking on the occasion, Shri Ajitabh Sharma stated, “The central theme of the ‘Rising Rajasthan: Partnership Conclave’ will revolve around showcasing the implementation status of the MoUs signed during the 2024 summit, along with their socio-economic impact. Beyond investment facilitation, the conclave will also promote strategic government-business partnerships and highlight Rajasthan’s progressive business reforms.”
Discussions further emphasized that the conclave would present a broader narrative, highlighting how various departmental initiatives have contributed to Rajasthan’s economic growth and prosperity.
The Industries Department is also set to unveil a comprehensive Shelf of Investible Projects, offering a wide spectrum of opportunities for private sector collaboration. These projects will span critical sectors including infrastructure, utility services, mining, information technology, deep-tech, skilling, banking and financial services (BFSI), Global Capability Centres (GCCs), and key social sectors such as health, education, and nutrition. Additionally, the conclave will encourage knowledge-sharing and co-creation as part of its inclusive development agenda.
The meeting was attended by Shri Rohit Gupta, Commissioner, Industries & Commerce; senior officials from the Bureau of Investment Promotion (BIP) and Rajasthan State Industrial Development and Investment Corporation (RIICO); as well as representatives from partner organizations.
The conclave will serve as a vital platform to demonstrate the transformation of MoUs into tangible on-ground projects and their measurable impact on people’s lives. It is also expected to strengthen public-private partnerships, foster sector-specific dialogues, enhance skill development, and spotlight the state’s reform-driven industrial advancement.
Notably, during the Rising Rajasthan Global Investment Summit 2024, held from December 9–11 under the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Bhajan Lal Sharma, the state secured record-breaking investment proposals worth INR 35 lakh crore. As announced during the IMPACT 1.0 event in March 2025, projects worth INR 3.08 lakh crore have already been grounded across Rajasthan.
