He added, "Till now Versova police has not even called Anurag Kashyap for statement recording while almost everyday the victim has to go and take part in investigation. The victim has identified the spot, the house where she was raped and had been called for medical examination on three days and made to sit for 6-7 hours at a stretch."
"They made us run twice to just get the case registered. On the first day itself, they should have registered zero FIR at Oshiwara police station and transferred it to Versova. We came to Versova the next day. Even then we were like, it is okay, we will get the case registered but now they are harassing us only," the lawyer went on to add.
