After launching the Lumia 535 for Rs 9,199, Microsoft has now launched another budget smartphone, Lumia 638. The Microsoft Lumia 638 comes with 4G capability and thus at Rs 8,299, it is now the cheapest Windows smartphone with 4G capability. The smartphone will be available from Amazon.in from December 17.
