Lesbian cosplayers who won fans online by dressing up as Supergirl and Power Girl ditched the outfits to exchange vows in fairytale gowns. Their hobby may be alternative, but when Carina and Soerine, from Denmark tied the knot in July, they decided to swap the wigs and capes for traditional dresses. A wedding album compiled by Bored Panda has already been viewed over 800,000 times. The couple got engaged in Disneyland and travelled to Japan, where cosplay is particularly popular, for their honeymoon after the ceremony. Carina and Soerine have amassed thousands of followers online on their respective Facebook pages and regularly treat their fans to pictures of them in character.
